Knowledge representation tools for molecular scene analysis

چکیده

A hybrid knowledge representation scheme ~OI molecular scene analysis is presented. The molecular knowledge base provides a framework in which existing sources of protein inform.ation can be integrated. Representations and strategies for vzsual and spatial reasoning are also included in the sch.eme.
